Diageo : Appointment of Diageo Group Treasurer

Diageo has announced that Vinod Rao, Finance Director, Diageo Asia Pacific, is appointed Group Treasurer based in London and effective 1 February 2017. Rao's successor will be the subject of a future announcement.

Rao brings some 30 years finance and multi-national experience to the role. He joined Diageo in 2013 in his current role, having spent 14 years with PepsiCo in a diverse range of senior finance, business development and planning roles across Asia and the Middle East and prior to this with ICI India.
