WEEKLY REPORT ON THE TREASURY SHARES BUY-BACK PLAN OF
DIASORIN S.P.A.
, DiaSorin S.p.A. hereby announces that, during the period from May 4th to May 11th, 2018, it purchased no. 75,486 treasury shares for a total consideration of Euro 6,030,991.02, upon authorization of the Shareholders' Meeting on April 23rd, 2018, already disclosed pursuant to Art. 144-bis of Consob Regulation no. 11971/1999.
