Long Term Incentive Plan ('LTIP') grant to Executive Directors

Digital Barriers (AIM: DGB) the specialist provider of visually intelligent technologies to the global surveillance, security and safety markets, announces that the Remuneration Committee of the Group has today made a conditional grant of options to Zak Doffman, Colin Evans and Sharon Cooper, under the rules of The Digital Barriers Long Term Incentive Plan (the 'Plan'), over Ordinary 1p shares.

The award comprises a top-up award of nil cost options as follows:

The vesting and exercise of the awards made today are subject to certain performance conditions relating to profit and revenue in the performance period.
