The Company would like to confirm that in accordance with the special resolution passed by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on 30 November 2015, Digital CC Limited has changed its company name to DigitalX Ltd effective 7 December 2015.
The name change follows the Company's earlier decision to change its trading name to DigitalX, effective 29 October 2015. The rebranding represents a shift in the Company's strategic focus towards software development and its aim to become a leading provider of fintech solutions in the remittance and payments market.
The Company's ASX Code will remain as DCC.
