Issue of Options

Dillistone Group Plc, the AIM quoted supplier of software to the recruitment industry, is pleased to announce the grant on 9 November 2017 of options over Ordinary Shares of 5p each in Dillistone (the 'Options') to certain of its Directors and PDMRs.

Options were granted, with exercise subject to performance conditions, to three Directors and and two PDMRs under the Company's LTIP scheme at a price of 58p as detailed below.

In addition, and on the same day, 1 Director and two PDMRs were granted options under the HMRC approved Savings Related Share Option Scheme ('SRSO') at an option price of 52.2p as set out below.
