Announcement ULN2003V12/ ULN2003F12 Reduced Footprint Multi-Channel Relay and Inductive Load Driver
The ULN2003V12 and ULN2003F12 are multi- channel sink drivers comprising 7 channel and 4 channel output stages respectively.
The ULN2003V12 sink driver features 7 low output impedance drivers that minimize on-chip power dissipation and provide a low power upgrade for the popular ULN2003A family in many applications.
The ULN2003F12 features 4 sink driver channels providing lower power consumption and a better fit for applications requiring only 4 channel drivers, e.g. driving low
voltage stepper motors.
The ULN2003V12 and ULN2003F12 family has ESD performance up to 4kV HBM,
1kV CDM.
The ULN2003V12 is available in both 16-pin SOIC and 16- pin TSSOP; with the ULN2003F12 in the space saving 10-pin DFN3030.
