Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements will be
distributed to shareholders on 7 November 2011 and contain no
modifications to the audited results which were published on SENS on 1
September 2011.
Notice of the annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the twelfth annual general meeting of
shareholders will be held at 12:00 on 6 December 2011 in the
Auditorium, Ground Floor, 155 West Street Sandton to transact the
business as stated in the annual general meeting notice forming part
of the annual financial statements.
Salient dates
The notice of the Company's annual general meeting has been sent to
its shareholders who were recorded as such in the Company's securities
register on Friday 21 October 2011 being the notice record date set by
the Board of the Company determining which shareholders are entitled
to receive notice of the annual general meeting.
The record date on which shareholders of the Company must be
registered as such in the Company's securities register in order to
attend and vote at the annual general meeting is Friday 2 December
2011 being the voting record date set by the Board of the Company
determining which shareholders are entitled to attend and vote at the
annual general meeting. The last day to trade in order to be entitled
to vote at the annual general meeting will therefore be Friday 25
November 2011. Proxy forms must be lodged by no later than 12:00 on
Monday 5 December 2011. Any forms of proxy not lodged by this time
must be handed to the chairperson of the annual general meeting
immediately prior to the annual general meeting.
