LONDON, 28 August: Carphone Warehouse has announced that Samsung's newest smartphone is now available to pre-order, with no upfront cost at £33 per month*, from Carphone Warehouse. The UK's largest mobile retailer will be stocking the brand new handset in Charcoal Black, Dazzling White, Sleek Silver and, exclusively, Scuba Blue.

The Samsung Galaxy Alpha is the first Samsung device to feature a beautifully designed metal frame. Its metal body is incredibly thin and lightweight, at 4.7" the Alpha's fully HD screen is slightly smaller than the Samsung Galaxy S5, meaning that it's compact enough to use one handed and but big enough to watch movies and videos or play games.

The handset also comes with the high tech features Samsung has become known for as standard, such as a fingerprint scanner to unlock your phone. It also supports PayPal allowing you to authorise payments securely with only your fingerprint. The device also comes with the built in S-Health app to help you keep track of your fitness, calories burned, your weight and heart rate.
