PRESS RELEASE

DIXY OWN BRAND GREEN PEAS AND BABY SOAP RECEIVE RUSSIAN QUALITY MARK Moscow, Russian Federation, November 10, 2017 Two of DIXY Group's own brands - D baby toilet soap and Victoria green peas - have been awarded the Russian Znak Kachestva ("Quality Mark").

Russian Quality Mark has been awarded to DIXY own brand products based on independent laboratory tests performed by Roskachestvo experts. Baby Boom baby toilet soap sold under D brand is manufactured by EFKO Cosmetics in Voronezh. Experts concluded that the soap constitutes "an unfavorable environment for bacteria development," lathers well, and offers great cleaning ability. The sample contained no heavy metals, while sodium chloride mass fraction was in line with the GOST standard.

The product quality is also confirmed by its popularity with customers. DIXY stores sell about 70,000 bars of Baby Boom soap per month. The share of this product in DIXY chain turnover as of the end of October was 4.2% in the infant products category.

The second product awarded the Quality Mark - Victoria green peas - is produced by Zelenaya Kompaniya ("Green Company") in Nalchik. Laboratory tests have established the high quality of the product: "grains are whole, of the same grade, without flecks or spots, evenly colored, with pleasant green hue." The peas have uniform soft consistency and are packed in high-quality containers. The product appeared in the assortment of Victoria supermarkets (part of DIXY Group) in 2016. Monthly sales of this brand of peas reach approximately 8,000 cans.

This is not the first time DIXY own brands have been recognized with this high award.

D short-grain rice has already been awarded the Quality Mark earlier this year. Last year the award was granted to premium sunflower-seed oil under Pervym Delom own brand.
