DIXY RETAIL CHAIN CONNECTS TO THE MOSCOW GOVERNMENT ELECTRONIC SOCIAL CERTIFICATES SYSTEM Moscow, Russian Federation, October 9, 2017 Today, Head of the Moscow City Labor and Social Security Department Vladimir Petrosyan and DIXY Group General Director Sergey Belyakov signed a contract on acceptance of electronic social certificates (ESC) as payment for food products at DIXY chain stores.

As of today, certificate holders can use them for payment at all the 498 DIXY chain stores located within the administrative boundaries of Moscow. In order to join the project, the chain has been connected to the municipal processing center providing clearance of payments associated with targeted food aid and the city's settlements with stores.

The electronic social certificate for food products introduced in the capital in 2013 is issued to Moscow residents in dire need of social support. It is an electronic application on the Moscow resident social card used to accrue points equivalent to 1000 rubles.

At the store, card holders can select any products they need (except alcohol and tobacco), present the certificate at the checkout, and use the accrued points to pay for their purchase.

The results of a survey held among the service users show that most users are satisfied with receiving aid in this form.

Participation in the electronic certificates acceptance project is just one of DIXY Group's social initiatives. The company's retail chains regularly hold promotions and offer up tp 50% discounts on a wide range of products. Besides, since November 2016, DIXY Group and Rus' Food Foundation

have been implementing a joint Products to Help charity project that gives customers an opportunity to buy food products for low income persons and multichild families.
