PRESS RELEASE

DIXY STORES IN MOSCOW LAUNCH THE PRODUCTS TO HELP INITIATIVE Moscow, Russian Federation, October 26, 2017 Today DIXY stores launch the Products to Help charity initiative the retailer holds together with Rus' Food Provision Foundation. For four days, customers will have a chance to buy food products and essential items for low-income persons and multi-child families.

10 DIXY stores in Moscow and Khimki will join the initiative. From October 26 till 29, Rus' Food Provision Foundation volunteers will accept products purchased for low-income persons by caring city residents. Any customer of DIXY chain where the initiative is implemented can join the charity project. All they have to do is buy any nonperishable products (except alcohol or tobacco) and tell the checkout stand assistant or volunteers on duty at the store that they wish to donate the purchased products to those in need. After the project is over, the Foundation will assemble charity aid kits and distribute them to multi-child families and elderly people in its charge.

The initiative was also held in September at DIXY stores in Moscow and Ryazan. Approximately 2 tons of food products and essential items were gathered over 4 days and used by Rus' Foundation volunteers to assemble 280 kits for beneficiaries.

Products to Help charity program has been implemented by DIXY retail chain and Rus' Food Provision Foundation since November 2016. Owing to caring customers, over 3000 families received aid over the 11 months of its duration.
