FEDERAL ANTIMONOPOLY SERVICE APPROVES DIXY GROUP'S ANTIMONOPOLY

COMPLIANCE SYSTEM

Moscow, Russian Federation, July 6, 2018

Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation (FAS Russia) has approved DIXY Group's antimonopoly compliance system developed for Dixy, Victoria and Megamart retail chains.

FAS Russia has approved a document package on the antimonopoly compliance system of DIXY Group.

In its cover letter, the Service noted that the presented documents "conform to goals and tasks of antimonopoly compliance and sufficiently regulate issues that are necessary for functioning of an antimonopoly compliance system".

"We appreciate Federal Antimonopoly Service and FAS Russia's Training Centre's fast but meticulous work on the massive document package including internal papers and standard contracts with suppliers. The approval we've received from the Service is a significant landmark in the field of implementation of antimonopoly compliance in all divisions of DIXY Group", emphasized Head of DIXY Group's Legal and Compliance Control Department, Member of the Management Board and Member of the Board of Directors Artem Afanasiev.

The package of documents submitted by DIXY Group for attention of FAS Russia encompassed drafts of documents governing the antimonopoly system compliance as well as drafts of standard supply and service rendering that are typically signed with providers.

It should be noted that DIXY Group was one of the first representatives of the Russian retail to have approval from FAS Russia for its antimonopoly compliance system.

As of December 31, 2017, the Company operated 2,703 stores, including 2,534 DIXY convenience stores, 128 Victoria stores and 41 compact hypermarkets Megamart and Minimart, located in 753 towns and settlements of the Russian Federation.
