Revenue for the 1st half of 2016: €92 million (+11% for France)

Consolidated revenue for the 1st half of 2016 amounts to €91,809 thousand* compared with

€88,992 thousand in 2015, an increase of 3.2%.

By country, revenue for France gained in excess of 11% compared to 2015, Luxemburg in excess of 20% and Germany in excess of 10%.

Activity in Switzerland slowed down during the 1st half of 2016 but has improved at the start of the 2nd half and we expect to achieve a full year comparable to 2015.

Revenue from outside France represents 27.86% of the total.

Outlook for 2016

The higher 1st semester revenues and positive trend of the beginning of the 2nd semester serve to comfort our forecast of €200 million of annual revenue and improved results for 2016 as a whole.

Our Group continues to examine new opportunities for acquisitions.
