Resignation of the Chairman of the Board of Statutory
Auditors of Dmail Group S.p.A.
o Resignation of Anna Maria Carletti from the office as
Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors and resignation
of the Deputy Auditor Nicoletta Maria Colombo from the Board
of Statutory Auditors
Milan, July 5, 2012 - Dmail Group S.p.A., a company listed in
the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana S.p.A., communicated
earlier today that the Chairman of the Board of Statutory
Auditors of the company, Dr Anna Maria Carletti, appointed
from the minority list, and the Deputy Auditor Dr Maria
Nicoletta Colombo - appointed from the majority list -
irrevocably tendered their resignations with effect from
today. The resignations were due to personal reasons.
As a result of the resignation of the Chairman of the Board
of Statutory Auditors, a new Shareholders' Meeting of
the Company will be held, for the integration of the Board of
Statutory Auditors so as to reinstate the principle of
minority representation.
