The Board Of Directors Of Dmail Group S.p.A. appointed Vincenzo Borgogna as the New Managing Director
Milan, 23 January 2012. The Board of Directors of Dmail Group
S.p.A., company listed in the Star segment of Borsa Italiana,
held earlier today, chaired by Andrea Zanone Poma,
acknowledged the resignation of the Non Executive Director
Maurizio Valliti, which took effect today. The Board of
Directors thanks Maurizio Valliti for the valuable
contribution to the Company.
To the Group's best knowledge, Maurizio Valliti is
currently holding n. 83,788 ordinary shares of Dmail Group
S.p.A..
The Board of Directors accordingly proceeded to appoint by
cooptation Mr. Vincenzo Borgogna in the capacity of new
member of the Board of Directors in charge until the next
Shareholders' Meeting.
The Board of Directors of Dmail Group S.p.A., therefore,
appointed Vincenzo Borgogna as the new Managing
Director of Dmail Group S.p.A..
The Curriculum Vitae of Vincenzo Borgogna is available to the
public at the offices of the company or on its internet
website (www.dmailgroup.it).
To the Group's best knowledge, Vincenzo Borgogna does
not appear to be currently holding, whether directly and/or
indirectly, any ordinary shares of Dmail Group S.p.A..
The Board of Directors of Dmail Group S.p.A. has also
acknowledged the resignation of the General Manager, Cristian
Biasoni, which took effect today, due to the appointment of
the new Managing Director. The Board of Directors thanks
Cristian Biasoni for the work done and for the valuable
contribution to the Company. To the Group's best
knowledge, Cristian Biasoni does not appear to be currently
holding, whether directly and/or indirectly, any ordinary
shares of Dmail Group S.p.A..

of Directors of Dmail Group S.p.A., consists of the following
