Meeting to approve the Financial Statements at 31 December 2011

Milan, 5 March 2012 - Dmail Group S.p.A., a company listed in the Star Segment of Borsa Italiana (Mtax), in accordance with Article 2.6.2 par. 1, lett. c) of the Rules of the Markets organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A, informs that, amending the release issued on 24 January 2012 related to the 2012

Annual Calendar of Corporate Events, the Board of Directors' Meeting to approve the Draft Financial

Statements and the Consolidated Financial Statements at 31 December 2011, will be held on 26 March

2012 instead of 9 March 2012.

The Shareholders Meeting to approve the Financial Statements at 31 December 2011 will be held on 3 May

2012 and 4 May 2012 respectively in first and second call, instead of 26 April 2012 and 27 April 2012 in

first and second call respectively.
