Background/Description of the Disclosure
This is to inform the investing public that the Company's whollyowned real estate subsidiary, DMCI Project Developers, Inc., filed an application to the Securities and Exchange Commission for the registration of fixed rate retail bonds (also called DMCI Homes Saver Bonds) with an aggregate principal amount of up to
₱1,000,000,000, and with an initial offer of ₱500,000,000.00. Proceeds of the Offer will be used by the
Company for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
