Pursuant to § 38.1.7 and § 38.1.9 of the Minister of Finance's Decree of 19 February 2009 on the

current and periodic information submitted by the issuers of securities and the terms of confirming equivalency of information required by the regulations of a non-Member State (Journal of Laws 2014, item 133, as amended), the Management Board of Dom Development S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw ("the Company"), hereby presents the wording of the resolutions adopted by the Ordinary Shareholders Meeting of the Company on 25 May 2017, with the descriptions, for each of the adopted resolutions, of the number of shares from which votes were cast, the percentage of these shares in the share capital and the complete number of votes "for", votes "against" and votes "abstaining".

In addition, the Management Board informs about the objections raised to the minutes of the above- mentioned Shareholders Meeting. The objections concerned the following resolutions:

  • Resolution No 4 concerning consideration and approval of the financial statements of Dom Development S.A. for the year ended on 31 December 2016

  • Resolution No 5 concerning consideration and approval of the report of the Management Board on the activities of Dom Development S.A. in 2016

  • Resolution No 6 concerning consideration and approval of the consolidated financial statements of Dom Development S.A. Capital Group for the year ended on 31 December 2016
