Donegal Investment Group announces that it has been informed of the purchase of 3,350 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each by Frank Browne, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, at a price of €6.10 per share on 21 September 2017.
Following this purchase of shares, Frank Browne is the beneficial owner of 12,067 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.12% of the Company's current issued share capital.
