Donegal Investment Group announces that it has been informed of the purchase of 2,350 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each by Norman Witherow, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, at a price of €7.50 per share today, 27 October 2017.
Following this purchase of shares, Norman Witherow is the beneficial owner of 52,821 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.55% of the Company's current issued share capital.
