Business Summary

DONGKUK STRUCTURES&CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the steel structure business. The Company operates its business through three segments: steel business segment, construction segment and new renewable energy segment. Its steel business segment engages in the manufacture of steel structure products, such as wind towers, which are wind force energy generation facilities, and steel bridges. Its construction segment engages in the construction of official facilities, residential facilities, plants, educational facilities and others. Its new renewable energy segment engages in the development of wind power generation business. The Company supplies its products within domestic market and to overseas markets. On December 30, 2013, it sold its entire shares of Dae won Steel Co., Ltd.
