The board of directors of FEC announces that at the request of FEC, trading in the shares of FEC and the CNY1,000,000,000 5.875 per cent. Bonds due 2016 (Bond Stock Code: 85915) on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the 'Stock Exchange') will be halted with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 29 September 2015.
The board of directors of Dorsett announces that at the request of Dorsett, trading in shares of Dorsett and the CNY850,000,000 6.0 per cent. Bonds due 2018 (Bond Stock Code: 85917) on the Stock Exchange will be halted with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 29 September 2015.

The trading in the aforementioned securities of Dorsett and FEC have been halted pending the release of an announcement pursuant to the Takeovers Code to be made jointly by Willow Bliss Limited, FEC and Dorsett regarding the results of the court meeting and the extraordinary general meeting of Dorsett to be held on 29 September 2015 in relation to the possible privatization of Dorsett by way of a scheme of arrangement under Section 86 of the Companies Law, further details of which are set out in the Scheme Document.
