MIDLAND, Mich. - March 24, 2016 - The Dow Chemical Company (NYSE: DOW) is conducting a planned outage to repair an exchanger that has been safely and effectively managed since start-up at its propane dehydrogenation unit (PDH) at the Company's Oyster Creek site in Freeport, Texas. This new 750 KTA facility began commercial operations in December 2015, and completed the performance test in less than two months.
