D.R. Horton, Inc., America's Builder, Announces Intent to Offer $400 Million Senior Notes Due 2023
FORT WORTH, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jul. 31, 2013-- D.R. Horton, Inc. (NYSE:DHI), America's Builder, announced that it intends to offer and sell, subject to market and other conditions, approximately $400 million aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes due 2023 in an offering registered under the Company's currently effective shelf registration statement. The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes.
