HOUSTON, June 13, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Dresser-Rand Group Inc. ("Dresser-Rand" or the "Company") (NYSE: DRC) today confirmed that the members of the United Steelworkers Union Local 4601 (the "Union"), representing 560 workers at Dresser-Rand Company's Olean, New York facility, have ratified a new labor agreement. The contract is effective June 15, 2014, through June 14, 2017.

Chris Rossi, Dresser-Rand's Executive Vice President, Global Operations, said, "We're pleased with this new competitive labor agreement. This agreement allows our Olean Operation, working together with the Union leadership, to advance our operational excellence initiatives aimed at making further improvements in safety, quality and cycle time.
