DTE Energy : Summer fun is soaring with the temps and DTE Energy is powering events in communities statewide

From Monroe to Paradise, Port Sanilac to Ludington and points in between, summer's the season of food, fun and festivities. Here's what DTE Energy is doing to make this a great summer across Michigan:

DTE's Beacon Park keeps summer sizzling with free concerts, family fun days and more

Marking the first year of downtown Detroit's newest and most popular public space, DTE's free summer concert series continues at Beacon Park with the Los Angeles-based indie pop foursome Saint Motel performing on Saturday, July 21 at 6:30 p.m. Concert-goers can also play lawn games, shop at Beacon Park's open air Night Market, sample a variety of food truck offerings and visit Lumen Detroit for dinner, craft beer and cocktails.

Weekend excitement rules every summer Sunday with Family Fun Days at Beacon Park. Starting at 1:00 p.m., from mini-golf and face painting to bouncy inflatables and lawn games there's free fun on order for everyone. Refuel with savory summer eats and drinks from food trucks and Lumen.

Summer Music Festival Favorite Quinn 92 hits Beacon Park on August 18

Native Detroiter Quinn XCII will own the Beacon Park stage for a free concert on Saturday, August 18. Described by Billboard as 'genre-agnostic', tap into Quinn XCII's blend of pop, hip-hop, reggae and electronic dance mix and join the legions adding this 25-year-old to their playlists.
