181,169 SF building will be located in Duke Realty's Lebanon Business Park.

(Lebanon, Ind. - Aug. 19, 2014) Duke Realty Corporation's (Duke Realty) Indianapolis office has been selected as the general contractor for Maplehurst Bakeries, LLC's new 181,169-square-foot facility in Lebanon Business Park located off I-65 in Lebanon, Ind. The building, which will be constructed on a 11.4-acre parcel in the northeast corner of the park on Mt. Zion Road, will be used as a baking and distribution center for the Brownsburg, Ind.-based company that produces and sells frozen baked products to in-store bakeries and grocery retailers in North America. Maplehurst Bakeries is a division of Canada-based Weston Foods.

Construction of Maplehurst Bakeries' new facility will begin this month with delivery slated for late March 2015. The building will include a 50,000-square-foot freezer/cold dock area, office and warehouse/production space and 32′ clear height.
