Duke Realty : Paramount Transportation Leases Duke Realty’s TransDulles Centre 22633

(Washington, D.C. ‒ Sept. 26, 2016) The Washington, D.C. office of Duke Realty, a leading nationwide REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) specializing in the ownership, management and development of bulk industrial facilities, has signed a new lease with Paramount Transportation in TransDulles Centre 22633, its 24,050-square-foot industrial building located at 22633 Davis Drive in Sterling, Va. Paramount Transportation, a leading provider of global moving services, will lease the entire building, which is located in TransDulles Centre, an industrial and office park in Loudon County.
