Duke Realty : promotes Tosha Clay to Vice President, Regional Asset Manager for medical portfolio

(Indianapolis, Ind. and Atlanta, Ga. ‒ June 22, 2016) Duke Realty, an Indianapolis-based nationwide commercial real estate company, has promoted Tosha Clay to Vice President, Regional Asset Manager, for the company's medical properties. Ms. Clay joined the company's Atlanta office in 2015 as a Senior Property Manager.

In her new role, Ms. Clay is responsible for managing Duke Realty's healthcare portfolio, which consists of more than 80 properties totaling 6.5 million square feet in 16 states. Her primary responsibilities include all aspects of asset management, property management, and client relations with the company's health system clients and other key stakeholders.

'Tosha has had more than 10 years of experience managing a wide variety of real estate portfolios and building strong relationships with property owners, building tenants and other important constituents,' says Ryan Rothacker, Duke Realty's Vice President of Healthcare Operations. 'We have been impressed with Tosha's extensive knowledge of commercial real estate and her strong client relations experience and expect she will continue to do extremely well in her new role.'

In her previous position with Duke Realty, Ms. Clay managed a large medical office building (MOB) portfolio in Georgia and Tennessee. Before joining the company, she managed healthcare, global data centers and Class A and B office portfolios in several major markets with real estate owners and brokerage firms.

Ms. Clay earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in real estate from Georgia State University.
