Dunav Osiguranje ad Banja Luka, formerly Kosig Dunav osiguranje ad Banja Luka is a Bosnia and Herzegovina-based insurance company. It offers various insurance types, including property insurance against fire, burglary, robbery and other risks, insurance of premises during construction, glass insurance against breakdown and damage, motor vehicles insurance, cargo insurance in international transport, livestock and crops insurance, various types of accident policies, as well as professional liability cover and life policies. The Company also offers reinsurance, which is arranged through Dunav Reinsurance, based in Serbia. It operates through eight branch offices in the Republic of Srpska and one in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. On June 15, 2010 the Company established new subsidiary Dunav Auto doo Banja Luka, engaged in the automotive repair and analysis. The majority shareholder is Dunav osiguranje with over 64.29% of interest.
