DUCHACORONA LTDA. ACQUISITION CONTRACT SIGNING
Duratex S.A. ("Duratex") announces the acquisition contract signature of all shares of Duchascorona Ltda., in addition to Material Fact announced in March 4, 2015; which operation was approved by Brazil's Council for Economic Defense (Conselho Administrativo de Defesa Econômica - CADE) in May 14, 2015.
This acquisition with the value of R$116,250,000.00 is aligned with the Company's growth strategy in synergic business sectors and shows continuity of the strategy that started in 2012 with the acquisition of Thermosystem.
Duratex explains that the acquisition amount previously valued at R$88,500,000.00 has increased because the property of Duchascorona Ltda. located in Guarulhos/SP was included in the deal.
With this operation, Duratex takes the vice-leadership in the electronic showers and taps.
Thus, Duratex takes another important step towards the expansion of its operations with value creation to its shareholders and reaffirms its confidence in the country's growth.
