MARKET NOTICE DURATEX INTEGRATES AGAIN ISE PORTFOLIO
Duratex shares integrate for the seventh consecutive year the ISE, BM&F´s Corporate Sustainability Index. On the list since the 2008/2009 publication, the company was included in the portfolio that will hold between January 5, 2015 and January 2, 2016.
The ISE, which reaches its 10th edition, reflects the return on a portfolio of shares of companies with the best performance in all dimensions that measure corporate sustainability. Are part of the index companies that stand out for their social, environmental, economic and financial aspects - to which were incorporated corporate governance practices, business characteristics and nature of the product.
The new portfolio comprises 51 shares of 40 companies. They represent 19 sectors, one more than in 2014, and amount to R$ 1.22 trillion in market value, which represents 49.87% of the total value of companies traded on the BM&FBOVESPA based on the closing of 24 / 11/2014.
The permanence in the portfolio reflects our daily commitment to sustainable development, continuity of operations and the creation of shareholder value.
