Zorita to advise top executive body in companys restructuring process

The Board of Directors of Duro Felguera has agreed on the appointment of Miguel Zorita as a new advisor to the companys top executive body. His main function will be to advise the Board on the company's restructuring process which is currently underway. His field of action will include negotiating the terms and conditions to refinance the debt, and drawing up and following through a business plan that is consistent with said terms.

Miguel Zorita has broad experience in top level positions in well-known multinational companies. From 2000 to 2005 he was chairman of Deloitte in Spain. Before this he held various positions of responsibility in BBVA, including Director of Real Estate, the Investment Bank, the Corporate Bank and the Wholesale Bank.

After his time at Deloitte, he joined the building company San José as CEO until 2012. Since 2013 he has been chairman of Zima Capital, an investment vehicle with holdings in various different companies.

He has also sat on the Boards of companies such as Telefónica, Telefónica Móviles, Huarte and Amper.
