We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic, results driven Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. This will suit a well motivated professional looking for a challenge within a small team.

In Summary

This is a full time, on-going role to support all Sales/Marketing activities through operative tasks including;

  • Managing schedules, distribution of sales documentation, preparation and follow up on sales and sales quotations.
  • Managing customer interfaces relating to information, records product presentation and product delivery.
  • Promote Dyesol products and services and act as the interface between Dyesol and its customers.

Responsibilities:

There will be a need for flexibility to undertake other related duties as required.

  • Responsible for all sales processing and invoicing functions.
  • Respond in a timely manner all customer sales related enquiries.
  • Assist management with process of continual improvement.
  • Establish and maintain client database.
  • Administer online sales functions.
  • Monitor and maintain customer feedback, VIP customer requirements and make recommendations that meet their requirements.
  • Provide information on sales to Executive Sales/Marketing to use to prepare reports and monitor performance.
  • Document sales operations processes and records required for Dispatch, legal and regulatory compliance.

You will have proven, previous experience within a fast paced environment and possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Excellent communication skills together with exceptional time management.
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and problem solve.
  • Self motivated, methodical, adaptable and structured in approach to work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software relating to Sales and Finance.
  • Able to work autonomously and harmoniously as an integral part of the team.
  • Passion for achieving results and growing the business.

Qualifications:

Appropriate qualifications and/or demonstrated experience within a Technical Sales and Marketing environment would be considered highly desirable.
