Ymobile Corp, formerly eAccess Ltd, is a Japan-based provider of mobile communication services. The Company operates in two business segments. The Wireless Line segment is engaged in the provision of high-speed mobile data communication services and voice services, the sale of terminals related to its services, as well as the provision of Android operating system mounted smart phones. The Fixed Line segment provides asymmetric digital subscriber line (ADSL) services to customers through Internet service providers (ISPs) and other business partners, as well as ISP services under the brand name AOL. As of March 31, 2012, the Company had two subsidiaries. On December 26, 2012, the Company is delisted from the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
