East Capital Explorer AB hereby reports that the repurchase program, that allowed the Company to buy back own shares from 25 March up and until 13 April 2015, is completed. During this period East Capital Explorer repurchased a total of 166,100 shares, corresponding to 0.55% of the Company's outstanding shares, at an average price of SEK 57.07 per share.

Prior to 25 March 2015, the Company did not hold any own shares. The total number of outstanding shares in East Capital Explorer, including shares held by the Company, amounts to 29,943,260. The Board intends to propose to the 2016 Annual General Meeting, or sooner, that the share capital in the company be reduced by cancelling the repurchased shares.

The Board has proposed that the Annual General Meeting on 21 April 2015 resolves to renew the mandate to repurchase a maximum of 10 percent of the Company's outstanding shares.
