East Capital Explorer publ : (ECEX) CEO Mia Jurke to leave East Capital Explorer

East Capital Explorer AB (publ) today announces that Mia Jurke, the Company's CEO since 2011, has informed the Board of Directors of her decision to resign from East Capital Explorer. She will remain in her role until the Company's AGM on 15 May, or until a successor is appointed, if sooner. The Board will now initiate a recruitment process for a new CEO.

"The close to six years with East Capital Explorer have been both eventful and incredibly rewarding. Together with the Board and a strong team, we have made a significant journey. When I joined as CEO, the company was externally managed and primarily invested in funds with public holdings and a large diversification across sectors and geographies. Today, we are a much more efficient and internally managed investment company, on the way towards becoming an increasingly streamlined real estate investor in the Baltics. I now feel that the timing is right to hand over the baton to someone else to bring the company forward in the next phase", says Mia Jurke.
