Strategic Hotels & Resorts, Inc. Analyst Notes On May 7, 2014, Strategic Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (SHR) reported its Q1 2014 financial results with total revenues up 7.4% YoY to $194.7 million. Q1 2014 net income attributable to common shareholders was $217.2 million or $0.97 per diluted share, compared to Q1 2013 net loss attributable to common shareholders of $23.5 million or $0.12 per diluted share.
