Eaton Appoints Carolyn E. Cheverine Senior Vice President and Chief Counsel, Industrial Sector

CLEVELAND … Power management company Eaton today announced the appointment of Carolyn E. Cheverine to senior vice president and chief counsel, Industrial Sector. In this role, Cheverine will have overall responsibility for legal matters in Eaton's Industrial Sector. She will be located at Eaton Center in Cleveland, and report to Mark McGuire, executive vice president and general counsel.

Prior to joining Eaton, Cheverine served as vice president, general counsel and secretary at Cliffs Natural Resources, since 2011. Prior to that, she held a variety of legal positions of increasing responsibility with The Lubrizol Corporation, Noveon and Key Corp.  

Cheverine holds a law degree from the University of Virginia and a bachelor's degree in economics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
