Eaton Names Aditi Badve Director of Continuous Improvement for the Aerospace Group

IRVINE, Calif. … Power management company Eaton has named Aditi Badve director of Continuous Improvement for the Aerospace Group, where she will lead performance-improvement efforts that optimize value, quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction. She reports to Mike Gallant, vice president of Manufacturing Operations.

"Aditi has worked closely with some of the world's leading lean experts and brings a wealth of continuous-improvement expertise to Eaton," Gallant said. "Her leadership skills and manufacturing experience will continue driving Eaton toward performance improvements that result in superior services and products for our customers."

Before joining Eaton, Badve was a senior management consultant for TBM Consulting Group and a Lean Six Sigma management consultant at Next Level Partners, LLC. Badve began her career with Danaher Corporation in engineering and moved into manufacturing, where she held a number of management roles of increasing responsibility.

Badve is a Six Sigma Black Belt and holds master's degrees in statistics and mechanical engineering from Tennessee Technological University. She also holds a master's degree in mathematics and a bachelor's degree in physics, chemistry, and mathematics from the University of Pune in India.
