NOTICE TO THE MARKET

São Paulo, August 27, 2014 - EcoRodovias Infraestrutura e Logística S.A. (BM&FBOVESPA: ECOR3), hereby informs the publication, on February 27, 2015, in the Federal Official Gazette, of Resolution 4,620 of the National Ground Transportation Agency (ANTT) regarding changes in Resolution 4,515 of December 19, 2014, related to the 11th Annual Review, the 7th Extraordinary Review and the Adjustment of Basic Rates for the toll highway system managed by Empresa Concessionária de Rodovias do Sul S.A. - ECOSUL ("Ecosul"), its indirect subsidiary.

With these resolutions, the concession agreement now includes, with economic-financial rebalancing through Marginal Cash Flow and Internal Return Rate of 8.01% (real), investments totaling R$187 million, to be made from 2015 to 2026, in the recovery and maintenance of the pavement of the Pelotas Highway Complex, with approximately R$17 million to be invested in 2015. These investments aim to maximize the efficiency of highway operations and the quality of services provided in the Pelotas Highway Complex.

Consequently, annual tariff steps between 2015 and 2021 were established in order to ensure the agreement's economic-financial balance. Such steps will come into effect on January 1st of each year, as follows: increase of 1.07% in the basic toll rates in 2015, already applied, increase of 2.47% in 2016, increase of 1.92% in 2017, increase of 2.01% in 2018, increase of 2.03% in 2019, increase of 2.08% in 2020, and increase of 1.89% in 2021.
