Arbon, 19. September 2017: The Board of Directors decided today to appoint Mr. Harald Poeschke into the Group Executive Management of EDAG Engineering Group AG. Mr. Poeschke already exercises the function as managing director in the subsidiary EDAG Engineering GmbH (as COO). The appointment is limited in time until the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
