Filing of the 2013 Reference Document - Annual Financial Report

EDF's reference document for the 2013 financial year was filed with the French financial market authority (Autorité des marchés financiers) on 8 April 2014.

The following documents are included in the reference document:

·   the 2013 annual financial report ;

·   the Chairman of the Board of Director's report pursuant to Article L.225-37 of the French Commercial Code (included as annex A);

·   the information regarding the fees of the statutory auditors (included in section 20.3);

·   a description of the share buyback program (included in section 21.1.3.1).
