Jean-Bernard Levy, EDF's interim Chairman
and Chief Executive Officer
Upon the decision of the Finance Minister and the Economy Minister, Mister Jean-Bernard Levy is named EDF's interim Chairman and Chief Executive Officer as of 23 November 2014.
EDF's Board of Directors was convened this 23 November and resolved to propose to the President of France the nomination of Mister Jean-Bernard Levy as EDF's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
Mister Jean-Bernard Levy will be auditioned by the relevant commissions of the National Assembly and the Senate on 25 November 2014.
