Edison CEO: Edf-A2A Deal Will "Certainly" Be Reached In A Few Days

Edison SpA (>> Edison SpA) Chief Executive Bruno Lescoeur said Thursday he expects the controlling shareholders, Electricite de France SA (>> EDF) and A2A SpA (A2A.MI), to reach a deal in the next few days over control of Italy's No 2 electricity and natural gas company by capacity.
"They will certainly find a deal in a few days," said Edison's CEO at a renewable energy conference in Rome.
