Estimated positive impact on 2014 Edison's results of 80 million euros on EBITDA.

Milan, August 29, 2014 - After Edison and Promgas had agreed to leave to the Arbitral Tribunal to decide on the price reduction of the long term gas contract from Russia, today the Tribunal under the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce has notified to the Parties its decision. The overall positive impact on 2014 accounts of Edison is estimated in 80 million euros on EBITDA.
