Edison : Acquired 1,074,468 Alerion shares, equal to 2.466% of the share capital, for a value of 2.46 euro

Here below, on behalf of the subsidiary Eolo Energia srl, the press release relating to the purchase of Alerion shares that today has been executed out of the public tender offer promoted on October 12, 2016.

EOLO ENERGIA BUYS 1,074,468 SHARES OF ALERION CLEAN POWER S.P.A., EQUAL TO 2.466% OF THE SHARE CAPITAL, FOR A VALUE OF 2.46 EURO

Milan, November 30, 2016 - Relating to the public tender offer (the 'Offer') promoted on all ordinary shares of Alerion Clean Power S.p.a. (the 'Alerion'), Eolo Energia S.r.l. informs, pursuant to art. 41, paragraph 2 of Issuers Regulation, to have acquired out of the Offer No. 1,074,468 Alerion shares, equal to 2.466% of the share capital, at the same price of 2.46 euro, pursuant to art. 44, paragraph 8 of Issuers Regulation.

The settlement date is December 1 and 2, 2016.

Following these purchases and those communicated on November 18, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 28 and 29, 2016, Eolo Energia S.r.l holds 6,535,747 Alerion shares, equal to 14.997% of the share capital.
