EKF Diagnostics Holdings plc (AIM: EKF), the AIM listed point-of-care business, announces the appointment of N+1 Singer as Joint Broker to the Company, alongside Panmure Gordon, with immediate effect. Panmure Gordon remains Nominated Adviser to the Company.

The Company is engaged in point-of-care testing, central laboratory tests, enzyme manufacturing and the provision of contract manufacturing services to the healthcare industry. Its principal activity is the development, manufacture and supply of products into the in-vitro diagnostics marketplace. Its life science facilities are based in two locations in Indiana, United States. Its central laboratory division manufactures a spectrum of reagents for use in hospital laboratories. Its contract manufacturing business provides specialized services to the diagnostics and healthcare industries for the production of custom kits.
