In connection with the execution of the liquidity agreement entered into between EDF and Oddo Corporate Finance, the following assets were outstanding under this liquidity agreement on 30 June 2018:

At the time of last Report (31 December 2017), the assets affected to the liquidity agreement consisted of:

-      3 379 422 shares
-      22 131 825.59 € in cash

During the setting up of the contract, the assets affected to the liquidity agreement consisted of:

  • 1 350 000 shares
  • 50 000 000.00 € in cash
