Completion of acquisition of IESA

Following the announcement of 24 May 2018 that Electrocomponents had reached agreement to acquire IESA, Electrocomponents is pleased to announce that the acquisition has now completed.

IESA, based in Warrington, UK will be run as a separate business unit within Electrocomponents.
